Listen! I have wrote a review and then deleted it because I did not feel it did Ms. Nicole justice. Lord knew I needed her in my home buying process! I was working with a company who kept running me through hoops and loops. I stepped out on a limb and reached out to Nicole and she let me know I should speak with a lender Mr. Fron(who is awesome all on his own, but a force with Ms. Nicole). From that day forward she made me feel secure in my decisions. she knew when I needed a little pushing, knew when I was just settling and knew when I needed time. If I had to do the process all over, I wouldn't do anything different besides meeting Ms.Nicole sooner. I would tease her and call her aunt Nicole because I knew she honestly had my best interest at heart! She made sure to check things that I would not even think of. There was no question I was scared to ask her! Even while she was miles away on vacation she made sure I was taken care of. This is just a short list of the reasons why I'm convinced she is the best! I was almost sad when I closed because I wouldn't get to bug her midday, but she hasn't left me by myself! Her job didn't end there for me, she lets me know things I should be doing with my home(get utility shield yall!), or just checking in. For that I am grateful for Ms. Nicole!!? Nicole worked so hard for our tiny, cheap, rental house, just as if we were buying a half-million dollar property. She advocated for us and saved us a bunch of money at the end. She's the best!
